Founder & CEO
Vijai has 36 years of international experience in leadership, investments and operations. He has dedicated the last 3 years to realising his vision of building a world-class group of medical laboratories in Oman.
Vijai’s skills are in investing in businesses and people, and building and growing successful companies.
Private equity funds Vijai co-managed were early investors in two successful healthcare growth businesses. Intercell (Austria), now Valneva and listed on the Paris stock exchange, is a speciality vaccine development company providing prevention against diseases with major unmet medical needs.Euromedic (Hungary), now Affidea, is the leading provider of advanced diagnostic imaging and cancer care services in Europe with 280 centres in 16 countries.Vijai was the first Chief Investment Officer of the sovereign Oman Investment Fund, leading it through its early development diversifying the country’s assets in to international non-oil direct investments.For 7 years he was the Chairman and CEO of Global Green, an international food processing company spanning activities from agriculture to packaged products (seed to shelf).The company’s products were successfully sold in leading supermarket chains in over 50 countries, a result of Vijai’s focus on ensuring stringent food safety and quality control standards.These quality control processes and mindset are also necessary for a successful laboratory.He has also had international leadership positions in Europe, the USA and the Far East with PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Dresdner Bank and Louis Dreyfus
Vijai has been living in Oman since 2006.
Vijai has a B.A. in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University in New York City, and a MBA from INSEAD in France (consistently ranked as one of the world’s top business schools)
Yasmine Gill
Director, Head of Business Development
In addition to driving business development at Precision Health Science, Yasmine is also playing a major role in business strategy, predicting market trends and developing the most cost-effective solutions for customers’ needs.
Yasmine has had extensive experience working in financial services in London and Frankfurt. She worked in institutional asset management at Rothschilds, London, and at two bespoke financial services executive search firms, covering senior mandates at the Managing Director levels and team moves. As a people person, Yasmine’s forte is in sales and marketing, always striving for maximum customer satisfaction.
As her side career, Yasmine has also dedicated herself extensively to studying continuously and to teaching yoga and meditation: healthy mind, healthy body. This feeds directly in to her interest in employee well-being. Employee well-being corporate packages are underpinned by top quality lab tests.
Yasmine has a B.A. from Lüneburg University in Germany and a Masters Degree in European Business Administration from ESCP in France.
